BAYWORK electronic maintenance internship provided a great opportunity for me to get an educational training.

Baywork is a critical part of our succession planning effort. Our staff participates in trainings and learns from other agencies about the latest technologies and tools to help them excel in their work.

Ross Valley Sanitary District has benefited greatly from collaborating with other agencies in the forums facilitated by BAYWORK.   It gives our field staff the opportunity to connect with other operation and maintenance workers that are forward-thinking and problem-solving, allowing for networking and sharing experiences.  Staff have enjoyed the opportunities to make presentations to their peers, get positive feedback and constructive criticism, and learn from others.   RVSD management appreciates BAYWORK’s commitment to excellence, and the cultivation of a strong pool of water and wastewater personnel for the essential infrastructure that protects public health and the environment in the Bay Area.

BAYWORK is a big help to all Bay Area Water and Wastewater organizations. I would highly recommend participating in any way you can to contribute to the continued success of BAYWORK. It is a great organization to volunteer a little time to, in an effort to give back to your present and future water and wastewater treatment operators.

I am happy that we as water professionals are provided with this terrific opportunity. Lunch, the instructors, literally everything makes me feel very appreciated as a Level 4 Water Resource Recovery Operator.

The knowledgeable instructor’s review materials relative to the wastewater industry helped us with the necessary exam preparation requirements.
