On June 18th BAYWORK hosted a virtual panel discussion featuring six women in the water/wastewater sector, to celebrate International Women In Engineering Day. The discussion covers the panelists’ career paths into the engineering profession, as well as career advancement and professional development strategies that may be helpful to others aspiring to grow within the industry.
